Cascade Canyon cuts deep into the Teton Range, offering one of the most dramatic valley hikes in the American West. Visitors follow a clear, tumbling creek flanked by towering granite walls that rise thousands of feet on either side. The canyon frames a series of iconic views of the Grand Teton and its neighbors, shifting with every bend in the trail. Wildflowers carpet the meadows in summer, while autumn brings golden aspen groves and crisp mountain air. Wildlife—moose, black bears, pikas, and marmots—frequently appear along the route.
